Vehicle Title & Registration Notice:
Hawaii law requires vehicle title transfer within 10 days of purchase. We can assist with title issues only if the transfer is attempted within that 10 day period. After 10 days, we are unable to assist with title corrections, replacements, lost titles, or signature issues. Responsibility for timely transfer rests solely with the buyer.

Buyer is solely responsible for bringing current any registration, safety check, back taxes, penalties, or other fees associated with the vehicle. Any outstanding amounts are the responsibility of the buyer.

If anyone places a bid within the last 3 minutes of a lot’s scheduled ending time, 3 minutes will be added to that particular lot’s countdown timer.

Payment due by 1pm April 20 by VISA/MC, cashier's check, wire transfer, cash. A 3% fee will be added on Visa/MC transactions. If pmt is not received by 1pm, your credit card on file will be charged.

15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid amount, plus 4.712% GE Tax. All items sold as is.
